A Quick Word From Yours Truly


Hi, welcome to PJ's blog.

If you've checked out the "About Me" bit you'll see I'm a keen amateur photographer who enjoys all things digital. I mostly like photographing plants and landscapes as they are easy targets ;-) I used to work in Software which sounds more exciting than it is but am now officially a Snr. Project Planner having changed jobs after almost 25yrs in Software. I sometimes wish I could work in photography but that would probably become boring if I did it day in and day out. I used to sponsor a wolf called Luna until she sadly passed away, and love all things "wolfy". Anyhow enjoy the blog and hopefully I'll manage to keep it up to date with what I've been doing and my favourite things!

Riverside Country Park

 

So this Off Friday, as well as being Julia and James's wedding anniversary saw me off for a mammogram having being reminded that my next check-up was due, the fourth, how did that happen! Probably because I got called up early as part of a trial scheme looking to include women under 50yrs old.

Post that appointment, Dad and me took some sandwiches along to Riverside Country Park before heading off along one of the paths with the cameras.

Am guessing this is more mud than sand (??) but with the tide slowly coming back in it made for some interesting shapes.

We had a good mooch and it was nice to be outdoors in the fresh air after being cooped up all week working.

A quick post-walk coffee from their café before setting home again.
